Katydid
It appears to be Slender Meadow Katydid, Conocephalus fasciatus . It is an adult male. There are two genera of Meadow Katydids, Orchelium and Conocephalus. In general Orchelium are larger than Conocephalus. However there is overlap, the largest Conocephalus in North America being about 27 mm and the smallest Orchelium in North America being about 20 mm. Slender Meadow Katydid is one of the longest if not the longest species of Conocephalus in North America. Very nice photo by the way. Keep em comin'.
