Dyschirius abbreviatus Putzeys
is confirmed based on my microscopic examination of this specimen which is now a photo-voucher in the P.W.Messer collection. Thanks Mike.

Species characterized by combination of elytra without discal setigerous punctures + pronotum with lateral bead very short anteriorly, hence "abbreviatus". Author "Putzeys" should not be in parenthesis.
