It's very breezy, in the high 70's, partly sunny, 2:00PM and I saw this white spider in the lantana. What is it?

Thanks for the ID. I saw photos of the white-banded crab spider, but, I didn't see one with this particular color pattern. There are a lot of green lynx spiders in this same lantana. Will they go after each other?
