Southern Yellowjackets - Vespula squamosa

I was about two feet away from stepping on these before I noticed them. They didn't seem too interested in me as I hung around with my camera, but it was nearing sundown and becoming cool. There were two entrance holes about four inches apart. Are these all workers?
