ID for a moth? - Neoterpes edwardsata

ID for a moth? - Neoterpes edwardsata
Claremont, Los Angeles County, California, USA
April 30, 2011
This moth was spotted on Coast Live Oak (Quercus agrifolia var. agrifolia) at about 1 p.m. at the Claremont Colleges' Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station. It was in deep shade, and I wasn't very happy with the photos, but I finally decided to post anyway to see if someone can tell something about it. Any information will be greatly appreciated!

Moved from Ennominae. Neoterpes edwardsata confirmed by Josiah Gilbert at Butterflies and Moths of North America.

Yes, Nancy, this looks just like
the recent post that we linked to Neoterpes

and here's another two that look the same to us

Wonder if there is some look-alike that is keeping the moth experts from being confident about an ID?
