marmorata is sure a good guess
positive ID usually takes host data (always hard to tell with an incidental adult) and a lateral view of the hood & crest -- but pls wait for Dr Miller

 
Corythucha marmorata
is correct. The multiple bands on the wings, short lateral carinae and the geographic location separates it from C. morrilli. This is the Chrysanthemum lace bug.
