Vespa crabro queen? - Vespa crabro - Male

Size: 1 1/4 inches
I found this buzzing around my porch light. I am pretty certain it's a Vespa crabro (European hornet). It's about 1 1/2 inches long. I am wondering if it could be the queen of the group?

Male
The long antennae suggest to me that its a male, but I'm not an expert.
