Barklice - Graphopsocus cruciatus

Barklice - Graphopsocus cruciatus
Brattleboro, Windham County, Vermont, USA
October 23, 2012
Size: 1.5mm - 2mm
A month ago, I posted indoor shots of Psyllipsocus ramburii. Now I'm seeing alates outside around the doors and windows. Most of them look like Graphopsocus cruciatus, but this one (on a double-pane window) looks different. Does P. ramburii have an alate phase, or is this a third species around my house?

Excellent Photograph!
Really good shot of a not-easy-too-photo insect Well done, Chris! BTW Welcome to BugGuide. We can always do with another Psocid lover. Please take a few minutes to add some personal info to your account page, including your experience (obviously know your Psocids) and your photo equipment, Thanks
Robert

Added my bio
Nice to have the appreciation of a skilled photographer. Before I noticed these little guys in my house, I didn't know psocids existed. Pretty much all my subsequent knowledge of the order is thanks to BugGuide. What an awesome resource!

teneral Graphopsocus cruciatus, i presume

Now I see it, thanks
After your comment, I see the faint markings that will darken. Thanks for helping this newbie see the obvious.
