Buffalo Treehopper - Stictocephala taurina

Buffalo Treehopper - Stictocephala taurina
Newport near Banning Park, New Castle County, Delaware, USA
August 5, 2012
Will go out on the same Spider Plant limb this is on and say C. taurina.
(Edit 3/22/13: Well, I fell off that limb quick enough. In case it
helps, the Spider Plant is of the Chlorophytum comosum 'Vittatum' variety.)
Can't for the life of me figure out which part the "pronotal crest" is.
