Found hanging in it's web busily wrapping up a stink bug. Web was about five foot off the ground in a tree in open woods along a trail.

Neoscona crucifera: means "cross bearer" your pix is a pretty clear image of the cross on her back. Thanks. Now I'm on a quest to photograph a clear pix of my own "cross bearer."
