Size: ~5 mm long each
Abundant on leaves of ornamental Euonymus shrub in residental yard.

Coccidae- probably Pulvinaria
Coccidae- probably Pulvinaria. There are (were) adult females associated with the wax tubes, the ovisacs. Several possibilities listed in ScaleNet
