Female - Agapostemon melliventris
Note the yellow legs, brown abdominal stripes, yellow strip on the clypeus and also the base of the antennae, are all characters of the females of this species.
Here is one from Arizona, placed by Dr. Ascher: ♀ Please compare them. Thanks!
