Could be
T. bisetosa, male. In nigricornis the first flagellomere is brown or black.

I do have a few other pictures if another view would help. Can't say the resolution is going to be great though.

 
Another character in favor
of bisetosa is that the stem of the apical Y-shaped mark of the wing is broad (2 X as wide as either arm of Y), whereas in nigricornis it is narrow and not much wider than either arm of Y.
