maybe Thalpius sp.
kind of an awkward angle...

 
must be it, in a broader sense
nice find, Bob -- too bad the angle is indeed unfortunate
per(1), Pseudaptinus pygmaeus and P. tenuicollis occur in OK, but that resource is not up-to-date

 
One more, a little blurry.
Here's one I took a few weeks earlier. It's got a little better angle, but poorer image quality. Of course, there's no guarantee it's the same species. In fact, the distance from the eye to the neck seems shorter in the photo I took earlier:
