Moved from Common Idia.

Idia aemula - Common Idia - Hodges#8323
Moved from ID Request.

confusing
These Idia moths don't seem all that similar.....

Idia aemula
Idia americalis and I. majoralis are similar but have bold dark spots where the transverse lines meet the costa.

I see your photo was moved to the species level at about the same time by both of us which produced the confusing "Moved from Common Idia." auto text under my move.
Thanks!
