ID
Since this is a pinned specimen, check the stem vein under a microscope to see if it's bristled. That would point to Chrysomyinae. If, then, the anterior spiracle is orange, the dorsal thoracic bristles short, and has fine white hair on the upper calypter, it would point to Phormia.
