Unknown beetle larva

Unknown beetle larva
Naples, Collier County, Florida, USA
March 6, 2012
Size: 2 cm
This insect was found under wood in a decaying slash pine tree. I think it may be the immature stage of a darkling beetle (Family Tenebrionidae), but I am unsure.
