adult female Aeoloplides chenopodii
Hardly ever noticed, because they sit in the Saltbushes and dive into the center of the bushes when approached. Amazingly hard to approach and see, but they are actually pretty common. They can be green, brown, tan, or gray. They usually have a stronger pattern than this one.
