Bob Patterson forwarded this to Don Lafontaine who responded, "As you’ll see from the attached tree there are actually many undescribed Hypenodes . However I am confidednt that this one is H palustris."

Hypenodes caducus
Pretty sure this is Hypenodes caducus. See images at MPG here. Also note that BOLD has specimens from Minnesota.

You might want to resubmit this one with a tighter crop at higher resolution if possible.
