Micrathetis
Chuck, these have been flying in good numbers since early September. They seem to be most common in the cooler months from Sept through early April in Medina but fly year round.
Look close at all your
Micrathetis
because
Micrathetis costiplaga
showed up here in Medina this October and Ann Hendrickson photographed some in June from Edwards.

Thanks for the heads-up
The reason I was prompted to upload the 2010 Burnet Co. image is because I'd also photographed a couple of
M. triplex
here at home just on Nov. 11. BG already has a Travis Co. record but there was none for Burnet. My short series of photos of
Micrathetis
all appear to be heavily speckled with the dark terminal smudging of
M. triplex
...but I'll keep looking.
