ID Me, Please - Eudorylas
Cobb County/Marietta County, Georgia, USA

Size: 15-20mm
I've searched, and couldn't find another fly which looks similar. I learned drone flies eyes will be larger than those of the female, but nothing to really help in the ID of this one. I found it in early morning around 8am sitting on a Nadina bush. Thanks in advance.

I don't think it is hairy enough on the thorax to be Pipunculus. My guess is on Eudorylas.
