Wings aren't right.
Derbids shaped like this tend to have wings much longer than their abdomens.
This looks more like a Whitefly to me, especially because it's waxy. I can't find a perfect match here on the guide, but this one looks similar:
The thorax shape does match Derbid more though, and the antennae are hard to see, so I might be wrong.

Yeah I did look at that species.
I googled it for a few more images and that's the closet match I could find.
