Barred Sulphur, winter form (darkened dorsal hindwing to absorb heat and blend in better with dead foliage, although there are pink forms that are more notable in that respect) Looks like a female.

 
Sleepy Orange
How do you separate this from winter form Sleepy Orange. The hindwing pattern here matches Sleepy orange as well as the black spot on the forewing.
