Graphocephala ignava
Another male. Note the damaged spots on the leaf - the other shot of this insect showed similar damage. What could it be?

Skeletonized patches
I saw weevils in Madera Canyon leaving somewhat similar damage on oak leaves:
The plant this leafhopper was on looked just like black cherry -- which I guess it could have been, since I just checked and
Prunus serotina
occurs in Arizona.
