Ichneumon or Braconid Wasp - Neotheronia bicincta - male

Ichneumon or Braconid Wasp - Neotheronia bicincta - Male
Turkey Creek Sanctuary Malabar Florida, Brevard County, Florida, USA
November 21, 2012
Size: less than 1/4 inch
Is this a male? I do not see an ovipositar...
several of these wasps were flying around on some leaves in a shaded oak hammock area. more towards a humid creek as opposed to sandy scrub. Wasp was skittish so I took it home and released it next day. I have pictures of face/wing veination and lateral and dorsal shots also.
