Explanation of Names
Named in honor of Mr. Ronald Stanley Wielgus (born 1933), architect, entomologist and author, for discovering this species and his many contributions to the knowledge of Arizona Lepidoptera.
Wingspan 24-28 mm.
Known from Arizona and Texas.
Holotype female: Pueblo del Sol, Huachuca Mountains, Cochise County, Arizona, 6.XI.1986 (R.S. Wielgus).
