It's from Kameneva & Korneyev's 2006 revision.

 
except for my typo
V, please note the species epithet for the guide page should be "punctata" not "punctulata" - my mistake.

 
so that's why i was unable to find it!
btw, some genera contain the anagrammatic pair punctulata--punctatula --maddeningly confusing
