Lithobius forficatus
A common European introduced species. The giveaways are:
- size (few N.A. lithobiomorphs regularly exceed 20 mm in length)
- tergital productions on segments 9, 11, and 13 (these are the triangular projections on the side of the segments)
- many elliptical coxal pores in a single row
- 5 teeth on each side of the prosternum
The closeups were essential to make this ID.
