It looks like it could fit with Spinach Flea Beetle (Disonycha xanthomelas), althoughit seems they are mostly in the east. Thanks for your help.

 
hope the experts chime in [may take time]
the two red-n-blue/green alticines you posted today are very different, but i won't make any guesses at this point. AZ alticine fauna is too rich [you don't need my telling you that!] and unfamiliar to me for my guesses being of any real value
