Mesomachlis?
I am guessing that this is Mesomachilis because it looks like there might be scales on the antennal flagellum. Since this appears to be a preserved specimen, can you obtain close-ups of the antennae and lateral ocelli (just below the compound eyes on the face)? If you can see that there are scales on the antennal flagellum, then this is Machilidae. Mesomachilis is the only genus in the Machilidae known from the western US.
