Agonopterix alstroemeriana
This is Agonopterix alstroemeriana (Elachistidae), an Old World species that showed up here in the USA about 30 years ago; the larva is a leaf roller on the also-introduced poison hemlock, Conium maculatum (Apiaceae).

I had to correct the date on all the posts made today because they all wanted to be dated 12/31/1969. The proper date is 12/04/12 in case the date decides to switch again...
