I'm thinking a Straight-toothed Sallow (9933). However, there are problems inherent with identifying Eupsilia Sallows. I recommend reading this excellent article.

Beautiful.
I'd say this is Morrison's Sallow - Eupsilia morrisoni.
Texas isn't my area though, so I could be wrong
