Publilia concava
This specimen has a similar color pattern to that pictured at http://bugguide.net/node/view/71615/bgimage but the wing pads are dark at base, and the pale patch on the abdomen is more nearly a crossband rather than obviously triangular. It is hard to see the shape of the thorax in this photo, but it appears to be lower in front rather than having a large, flat-topped process just behind the head.

Publilia
Nymphs of both Entylia and Publilia can occur together on the same plant. I am guessing Publilia because the back seems to be more rounded. Actually, these "genera" are probably the same one. They just haven't been officially synonymized yet.

We think Dr Hamilton reported that
Publilia and Entylia nymphs are very much the same. See
. Don't know if he will be able to tell which based on the host plant.
