Neting hornet workers...
Is not so dangerous unless in the immediate surrounds of their nest, because guards are quite intolerant to sudden moves.
Anywhere else, the only precaution needed is to avoid any contact between the caught individual and your hands. I caught hundreds of them without ever being stung.
Very nice shots by the way. One can see the apex of the right antenna is lacking. This may be the result of a fight between hornets from different nests, or with a prey not easy to subdue.
