Olcella (Chloropidae)
This fly is Olcella, a chloropid fly, but the other two photos here are of Drosophilidae. The chloropid has very few bristles on the thorax and the head compared to the drosophilids. You can also just make out the long Olcella mouthparts sticking out between the antennae in front of the head.

 
My mistake
Sorry about the mixup -- I took those three pictures together, and didn't even noticed that one was a different fly. Thanks for your help!
