Orchesia castanea (Melsheimer)
This photograph, which shows the base of the apical maxillary palpomere no wider than the apex of the preceding one, indicates that this is Orchesia castanea (Melsheimer). In Orchesia cultriformis Laliberté the apical maxillary palpomere is cultriform, with a base much wider than the apex of the preceding one.
