Relatively broad head - almost as wide as long - identifies this one. There are other differences, but that's the easy one to see in this image.

For comparison, see this image of A. cockerelli

Aphaenogaster
Either A. albisetosa or A. cockerelli. I'm leaning towards albisetosa based on gestalt and lack of reflections on the back of the head, but the necessary details of sculpture aren't visible (to me at least) to be truly definitive.
Nice picture of workers at different ages and lifestages; the lighter colored one is younger and her exoskeleton hasn't hardened up yet.
