Eulophid from red oak leaf mine - Closterocerus - male

Eulophid from red oak leaf mine - Closterocerus - Male
Pelham, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA
Size: 0.5 mm
Found dead on 4/26/2012 in a bag containing the leaf that had produced this wasp:

It seems to have emerged from what I believe to be an aborted Coptotriche citrinipennella mine, rather from the Stigmella mine that produced the Cirrospilus.

Moved
Moved from Eulophidae.
"Closterocerus cinctipennis/utahensis (small male not possible to identify to species)" -- Christer Hansson
