Lasiosina
There are at least two brachypterous species of Lasiosina in North America, one of which is undescribed.

It would be helpful if you could add the collection date to the photo data. These flies aren't too commonly collected and the more data we have, the better.

 
I appologize.
I stayed up past my bedtime last night and was a bit lax in my posting.
The fly is in 70% denatured alcohol, after being frozen and then dried. If someone would want it, I can ship it.
