Upon reviewing my notes, I'm confident that this larva became the linked adult beetle.

Keith Philips says, "I suspect it is a Bostrichidae larva.
"...It could possibly be one of the wood-boring anobiids too. You can probably rear it to adulthood without too much difficulty."
