Peculiar
If I'm seeing evidence of darkened pterostigmas, this might could be some sort of
Leucochrysa (Nodita)
with broken antennae (pretty much in half). There are at least a couple species that are similarly-marked. What I'm seeing of wing venation seems to align as well. But if those antennae are somehow full-length, I don't really know of an alternative.
