A number of Chrysoperla-like specimens from Texas and Florida with such white heads end up being Chrysopodes collaris. I can't see clypeal markings clearly, but there's a decent likelihood I'm seeing reddish bands across the clypeus that shouldn't occur in Chrysoperla.
