Leucania ursula
That is a male of Leucania ursula (Noctuidae: Hadeninae: Leucaniini) - Hodges' #10461. There are two other species of Leucania that have similar appearing: L. inermis (#10459) and L. pseudargyria (#10462). Males of Leucania ursula and Leucania pseudargyria have massively tufted fore and middle legs, while males of Leucania inermis have moderately hairy legs. The specimen on these three pictures has well seen tufts on its forelegs, so it is not L. inermis. Males of Leucania ursula have yellow palpi, while males of L. pseudargyria have black palpi. Yellowish palpi can be seen on one of pictures. Leucania pseudargyria also has reddish tinting on forewings and this specimen does not have it.
