Unknown black beetle - Etorofus anthracinus

Size: 1 to 1.5 inches
This beetle was on the water fountain in front of the restrooms at the Manzanita Campground at the north end of Lassen NP. Seen in the evening.

Cerambycidae, Lepturinae
We'll have to wait for one of the bycid experts to weigh in, but this looks similar to specimens of Leptura anthracina I caught last summer here in Northern California.
