The Hymenoptera larvae were on Salix bebbiana.When they feel danger they raise their abdomen all at the same time.

probably Nematus sp.
because this is Nematinae at first (by number of prolegs) and some Pteronidea look like that.
And not Pristiphora because the cerci are visible in some larvae.
...and not Argidae of course.

Suggest cropping.
You'll improve your chances for an ID if you crop as close to "just the bug" as possible. Only you and the editors have the option of viewing the full-size image. Everyone else is left looking at some tiny bugs in a lot of unnecessary background. :)
