Amphicerus cornutus

Amphicerus cornutus
Victoria, Victoria County, Texas, USA
December 3, 2012
Size: 13 mm
Found it in backyard.
I think he lived his last days, because he couldn't keep well up on his own feet. Probably due to age, or due to season, (early December).
Because of the special position of the head, I do not know how to take the size. Therefore, I added a picture with ruler.
The size 13 mm, is the maximum that I could measure. I have measured different size between 12.5 and 13 mm. But basically this size refer more to pronotum and abdomen size and practical not including real head length.
