Working BHL Link available
The "Full Text" link currently in the body of the "book entry" above appears to be dead (it hung when I tried it), but this paper is available on BHL at:

  https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/16365065

One nice thing about BHL links is the tend to be stable over time (at least up to now ;-). Another nice thing about BHL is you can easily make a link that refers to a particular page of a paper...whereas a link to a PDF always opens the entire document starting on the 1st page.
