Hodges # 6668 - Lomographa glomeraria - Lomographa glomeraria
Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA
January 20, 2013
Size: ~12mm forewing
At outdoor light. I think it's the Gray Spring Moth (indeed, early spring this year here) #6668 Lomographa glomeraria. If correct, it would be the first post for Florida.
Edit: Looks like "Lomographa glomeraria" but its ID apparently is unsettled.

Moved
Moved from Moths. Moved to species page even though very similar specimen in this post has been determined to be an "outlier" by DNA bar-coding. However, no other species exists (yet) that would be an alternative to L. glomeraria.
