Hister furtivus LeConte
This is the area where the outer sub-humeral stria would be visible (if there was one, as in Margarinotus), and since it is absent, then this places this specimen in the genus Hister. Since the specimen has three entire dorsal striae on the elytra then this specifically identifies it as Hister furtivus LeConte.
