Range expansion
If my ID is correct this is a range expansion of an introduced population of Sciapus wiedemanni. It was discovered in Pierce County, Washington in 1931.

Edit: Dr. Dan Bickel, the authority on Sciapodinae, confirms Sciapus possibly wiedemanni but would need a male for ID.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Sciapus
Forked M and spines under fore femora should make this a Sciapus but it's a bit weird.
